Upon arrival , one sees the familiar Arise red sun on the bay doors of the warehouse.
As you enter you'll find yourself in a world of handmade objects of art and
craftsmanship from exotic Asian locales. This huge warehouse is full of traditional
antique furniture from Japan, China , and the Philippines. The largest assortment
of antique Japanese kiri wood tansu chests, unique rattan table furniture from
Vietnam, highly prized Philippine baskets, Chinese antique cabinets, and more.
Arise is the exclusive dealer for a famous contemporary vietnamese furniture
line which is accented with their award winning handmade silk lamps to bring
together the old with the new.
DEDICATED ROOMS FOR KIMONO
& TEXTILE, JAPANESE HINA DOLLS, & CONTEMPORARY CLOTHING
Famous for having the largest collection of Japanese textiles in the country
including Kimono, Yukata, Wedding Kimono, Happi coats, obi and much more. These
items range from new to the 1850's. With hundreds of vintage Japanese silk kimonos
and obi-many are hand-painted for a festival or wedding. One could spend days
just in the Kimono-textile room. Arise also has the largest collection of Japanese
Hina dolls and doll accessories with another room dedicated to these antique
pleasures. Arise also has a room filled with their own line of contemporary
women's clothing made from hand-loomed and hand-woven Indian fabrics with references
to Japanese textile designs for everday wear.

From all of these countries Arise has a collection of many interesting artifacts
and antiques such as jewelry, tribal textiles, masks, hair pins carved from
buffalo horns, wall hangings, Kimono coasters, lacquer plates and more. There
is also an unusual and one-of-a-kind jewelry from Nepal, Valuable Samurai swords
and Tsubas for collectors, contemporary and antique ceramics, antique gilded
Buddha's dating back to the 14th Century and as well as a whole line of resin
and stone carved Buddha figures, statues, and lanterns for the house and the
garden.
